Deposit & Cancellation Policy

A deposit is required to secure your cleaning appointment. The deposit will be applied toward your total service cost. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a $100 cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the total cleaning service cost. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or on the same day.
